El implantador capilar Incuram es una pluma implantadora tipo Choi diseñada para cirujanos y técnicos que colocan injertos directamente —sin incisiones previas, o en incisiones previas cuando el protocolo así lo requiere. Fabricado en Corea del Sur por Incuram, un fabricante especializado en dispositivos de restauración capilar desde 2001, está diseñado con un único objetivo: la colocación de injertos constante y atraumática a una profundidad controlada, hora tras hora.
Los injertos se cargan directamente en la aguja sin necesidad de un paso de recorte adicional, por lo que su equipo de colocación mantiene un ritmo constante durante sesiones largas. La aguja está fabricada con acero endurecido mediante un proceso exclusivo que proporciona un bisel excepcionalmente afilado y mantiene ese filo durante todo el procedimiento: entrada más limpia, menor resistencia y menos trauma para el injerto.
El cuerpo tiene una forma diseñada para un agarre y una rotación controlada entre los dedos, con el lado del bisel fácil de identificar tanto al tacto como a la vista. Una vez colocada, la aguja no gira dentro del cuerpo y los injertos no retroceden, lo que significa que el ángulo y la profundidad que usted establece son el ángulo y la profundidad que recibe el injerto.

Worldwide Shipping Zavimed ships hair transplant instruments worldwide from our warehouse in Oss, the Netherlands. We strive to deliver your order as quickly and reliably as possible.
Please note that due to import regulations and customs restrictions in certain countries, we are unable to ship to all destinations. If your country is not supported at checkout, please contact us at info@zavimed.com and we will do our best to assist you.
Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Options At checkout, you can choose from the following shipping methods based on your location:
- DHL Express (worldwide): Available to all supported destinations. Typically delivers within 1 business day, though delivery to more remote locations may take 2–3 business days.
- DPD (Europe only): Available for shipments within the EU. Typically delivers within 2–5 business days.
As we ship from the Netherlands within the EU single market, no customs clearance is required for either DHL or DPD shipments to EU destinations — what you see at checkout is what you pay.
Customs & Import Duties For shipments outside the EU, your order may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. We recommend checking with your local customs authority before placing an order.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@zavimed.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: Vlinderhof 1, 5345JX, Oss, The Netherlands.
If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that return shipping costs are at your own expense. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for lost return shipments. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned. This includes custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) and items that have been used or are no longer in their original sealed condition for hygiene reasons — this applies in particular to sterile or single-use instruments.
Please note that under EU consumer law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if they have been unsealed after delivery.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
