¿Qué es Liposomal ATPv?
Liposomal ATPv es una solución aditiva concentrada; no es una solución independiente para la conservación de injertos. Está diseñada para diluirse en su solución de conservación de injertos actual con el fin de crear un entorno con nutrientes amortiguados para los injertos que experimentan estrés ambiental durante los procedimientos de FUE y FUT.
Modo de uso
- Invierta suavemente el frasco antes de mezclar.
- Mezcle con su solución de conservación de injertos la mañana de la cirugía con una dilución de 1:10 (10 %).
- Un frasco de 25 ml permite obtener 250 ml de solución de trabajo (25 ml de ATPv + 225 ml de solución de conservación de injertos).
- Reemplace durante el procedimiento cada hora, o según sea necesario cuando la solución se ensucie con sangre.
- No reutilizar una vez abierto. ATPv se envasa de forma estéril y debe utilizarse el mismo día.
Soluciones de conservación de injertos compatibles
Solución salina, Hypothermasol, Plasmalyte-A, lactato de Ringer, medio E de Williams, entre otras.
¿Qué volumen debo pedir?
- Procedimientos FUE: utilice el frasco de 25 ml (este producto).
- Procedimientos FUT: utilice el frasco de 50 ml.
Recomendamos 1 frasco por paciente por caso. Por la seguridad del paciente, los frascos nunca deben reutilizarse una vez abiertos.
Almacenamiento y vida útil
- Conservar en el refrigerador (2–8 °C) hasta el día de su uso. Nunca congelar.
- La vida útil es de 120 días desde la fecha de fabricación.
- Evalúe su número de casos dentro del plazo de caducidad y realice el pedido en consecuencia para evitar un exceso de existencias.
Envío
- Todos los productos se envían mediante cadena de frío (con hielo) a través de DHL Express.
- La mayoría de los pedidos se despachan en un plazo de 1 a 2 días hábiles.
- Europa: tránsito de 1 a 2 días hábiles.
- Si su paquete llega caliente o con los paquetes de hielo descongelados: las pruebas internas han demostrado que ATPv permanece estable hasta 30.5 °C durante 27.8 días, manteniendo los parámetros del Certificado de Análisis.

Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Options At checkout, you can choose from the following shipping methods based on your location:
- DHL Express (worldwide): Available to all supported destinations. Typically delivers within 1 business day, though delivery to more remote locations may take 2–3 business days.
- DPD (Europe only): Available for shipments within the EU. Typically delivers within 2–5 business days.
As we ship from the Netherlands within the EU single market, no customs clearance is required for either DHL or DPD shipments to EU destinations — what you see at checkout is what you pay.
Customs & Import Duties For shipments outside the EU, your order may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. We recommend checking with your local customs authority before placing an order.

Política de reembolso
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@zavimed.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: Vlinderhof 1, 5345JX, Oss, The Netherlands.
If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that return shipping costs are at your own expense. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for lost return shipments. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned. This includes custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) and items that have been used or are no longer in their original sealed condition for hygiene reasons — this applies in particular to sterile or single-use instruments.
Please note that under EU consumer law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if they have been unsealed after delivery.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
