Mambas top of the line punch designed with an outside cutting edge, has a 30 degree angle from the front plane to the side of the edge, so the punch seen from its front will have a wide surface of frontal attack which makes the follicle slide inside in an eventual contact. In which regular sharp punches with very low cutting angle and thin wall increase the chance of hitting the follicle edge first, even when they have lower friction. The punch has a 40 degree cutting edge. This configuration make’s a very sharp and roubust edge so that the punch can be used in various surgeries.
