Are the instruments CE-certified or compliant with MDR regulations?
Our instruments comply with applicable European regulations. CE certification and MDR conformity are indicated per product. Please contact us for specific documentation.
Is there a warranty on the instruments?
Yes, our reusable instruments carry a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. Single-use instruments are not covered by warranty.
What is the return policy for medical instruments?
Due to the nature of medical instruments, we only accept returns of unused, unopened products within 14 days of receipt. Please contact us for return instructions.
Are there import duties or customs fees for deliveries outside the EU?
Deliveries outside the EU may be subject to import duties and customs fees. These costs are the responsibility of the recipient and vary by country.
Are orders shipped with tracking?
Yes, all orders are shipped with track & trace via DHL Express or DPD. You will receive a tracking link as soon as your order has been dispatched.
How long does delivery take to my country?

What materials are used?
Our instruments are made from high-grade surgical steel or titanium, depending on the product. All materials meet medical standards. Please note that some of our generic products are not made from medical-grade materials, as this is not required for their intended use.
Are the instruments sterile/single-use or reusable?
We offer both single-use sterile instruments and reusable surgical-grade instruments. This is clearly stated in each product description.
